Police said a man stole a package containing a cell phone worth about $1,200 off a porch on Charles Road on May 27.

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — Suffolk County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man they say stole a package off a porch in East Patchogue back in May.
Police said a man stole a package containing a cell phone worth about $1,200 off of a porch on Charles Road just after 2 p.m. on May 27.

Suffolk Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information about the incident can contact Crime Stoppers’s confidential hotline to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, or utilizing a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips.
Tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages, and emails will be kept confidential, police said.
