
Voting for the 2012-2013 Patchogue-Medford School District budget will be taking place from 7 a.m.-9 p.m. in several schools. Here are a list of the locations for the districts and the regions these districts are made up as listed the District Clerk's office.
District 1 will vote at , 225 South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue. The district consists of "All that portion of the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District bounded on the south by the Great South Bay; on the east by the easterly boundary line of the District; on the north by the center of Main Street, also known as Montauk Highway; and on the west by the westerly boundary line of the District."
District 2 will vote at , 281 Medford Avenue in Patchogue. The district consists of "All that portion of the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District bounded on the south by the center line of Main Street, also known as Montauk Highway; on the east by the easterly boundary line of the District; on the north by the center line of the Sunrise Highway; on the west by the westerly boundary line of the District."

District 3 will vote at , 121 Saxton St. in Patchogue. The district consits of "All that portion of the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District bounded on the south by the center line of the Sunrise Highway; on the east by the easterly boundary line of the District; on the north by the center line of Woodside Avenue; and on the west by the westerly boundary line of the District."
District 4 will vote at , 143 Tremont Avenue in Medford. The district consists of "All that portion of the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District bounded on the south by the center line of Woodside Avenue; on the east by the easterly boundary line of the District; on the north by the center line of the main line of the right-of-way of the Long Island Railroad; and on the west by the westerly boundary line of the District."

District 5 will vote at Eagle Elementary School, 1000 Wave Avenue in Medford. The district consits of "All that portion of the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District bounded on the south by the center line of the main line of the right-of-way of the Long Island Railroad; on the east by the easterly boundary line of the District; on the north by the northerly boundary line of the District; and on the west by the westerly boundary line of the District."
