Shots Reported Fired In North Bellport: Suffolk Police
Police were notified by a 911 caller who reported that the shots were fired shortly before 1 a.m.
NORTH BELLPORT, NY — Detectives are investigating a report of shots fired in North Bellport early on Friday morning, Suffolk County police said.
Police said that they were notified by a 911 caller that the shots were fired on Bourdois Avenue just before 1 a.m. There is no indication at this point that “any person, vehicle, or structure was struck,” police said.
No further information was released by police.
