Suffolk County Police Arrest Reports: July 23

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

First Precinct

• JULY 21: Tevon Woodley, 18, of West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon and was charged with second-degree sexual abuse: person under 14 years old.
• JULY 21: Darnell Lewis, 38, of Copiague was arrested in Wyandanch and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
• JULY 16: Santiago Espanacardenas, 22, of East Elmhurst was arrested in Deer Park and was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: property valued over $1,000.

Second Precinct

• JULY 21: Terrell Legros, 26, of Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated: previous conviction in 1o years.
• JULY 18: Manuel Cortez, 60, of Huntington was arrested in Huntington and was charged with third-degree criminal sex act and forcible touching - intimate parts.
• JULY 16: Eric Freeman, 45, of North Bellport was arrested in Huntington Station and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree burglary.

Third Precinct

• JULY 21: Delroy Carter, 30, of North Amityville was arrested in Islip Terrace and was charged with driving while operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, third-and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence.
• JULY 21: Elizabeth Jimenez, 20, of Wyandanch was arrested in Islip Terrace and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell.
• JULY 20: William Wilkinson, 29, of Hempstead was arrested in Central Islip for bribing a witness.
• JULY 18: Junior Clarke, 31, of Medford was arrested in Brentwood and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: firearm.
• JULY 19: Salvatore Rizzo, 37, of Lido Beach was arrested in Ocean Beach and was charged with third-degree rape: no consent victim not incapacitated.
• JULY 16: Sierra Green, 27, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip and was charged with first-degree robbery: displays firearm.

Fourth Precinct

• JULY 21: Lucas Medinavasquez, 42, of Hempstead was arrested in Commack and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated - previous conviction 10 years.
• JULY 21: Melanie Bergstedt, 46, of Northport was arrested in Smithtown and was charged with second-and third-degree grand larceny.

Fifth Precinct:

• JULY 15: Tasean Berry, 30, of East Patchogue was arrested in East Patchogue and was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug intent to sell and a parole violation.

Sixth Precinct:

• JULY 17: Samantha Novins, 26, of St. James was arrested in Coram and was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt: disobeying a court order, and first-degree identity theft.

Seventh Precinct

• JULY 15: Gildo Lezcanzo, 48, of Kings Park was arrested in Shirley and was charged with third-degree criminal sex act.
• JULY 17: Mitchell Washington, 24, of Shirley was arrested in Mastic and was charged with third-degree burglary with intent.
• JULY 16: Nicholas Lettieri, 23, of Shirley was arrested in Shirley and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell.
