Her Nissan Altima careened into another lane before striking a Dodge pickup truck Thursday morning, cops say.
EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A 37-year-old Suffolk woman was seriously injured when a tire on her car blew out, causing the vehicle to careen across a lane on Sunrise Highway before crashing into a truck on Thursday morning, Suffolk police said.

The truck, which was driven by William Florenzo, 47, of Mastic Beach, then collided with the driver's side of the sedan causing it to careen into the guardrail, police said.
