CORTLANDT – Two Verplanck women were arrested Dec. 19 after a complaint from the Watergate Motel about trespassing.
State police arrested 19-year-old Sarah Pisanelli and Carrie F. Roberts, 23, for two counts of Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, after an investigation, alleging that Roberts and Pisanelli stayed overnight in a motel room without permission or payment.
They were each charged with two counts of Criminal Trespass 2nd for entering the room on two occasions in December. They were arraigned in the Town of Cortlandt Court and released on their own recognizance. They are scheduled to appear in Cortlandt Court on Dec. 27.
