Another Good Week for Sellers

To truly understand the market, you must first look at the price the homes around you are selling for, and then to accurately judge the value of your own property you would need to compare the homes features and benefits to that of your own.   

This past week was another good week for area sellers, most of them sold within 90 percent or better of their asking price. This is another indication that we have reached the bottom, and that prices may begin to rise, although it will be a gradual increase.   

If you are in the market to buy, now is the time.  Interest rates are still low and homes are available.
