UPDATE Cops Arrest Seek Help IDing Woman they say Rammed Deaf Child with Shopping Cart

CORTLANDT, NY — The New York State Police from Cortlandt are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify the woman in these photos, who is wanted for questioning.

At about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 25, the woman is alleged to have intentionally rammed a hearing impaired 10-year-old child with a shopping cart at the Walmart on East Main Street in Cortlandt Manor.
