Cops: Teen Breaks Into Cortlandt Home, Restrains, Gropes Victim
State police issued an appearance ticket for Family Court.
CORTLANDT, NY — A 14-year-old boy is accused of breaking into a Cortlandt house Thursday and sexually attacking someone. New York State police said the teen broke in and then forcibly restrained and touched the victim for the purpose of sexual gratification.
The teen, whose name and gender police did not release, faces charges of second-degree burglary, forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment.
The burglary charge is a felony, while the forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment charges are misdemeanors.

The 14-year-old was issued a Family Court Appearance Ticket and is due there Feb. 20.
