Screening of The Dress at the Paramount

A Night of Hesterhouse at the Paramount.

The Visiting Film Maker Series and Reception will feature Westchester residents Kristen Hester and Jessica Hester of Hesterhouse Productions.The Hester sisters have turned "their challenging childhoods into a cinematic story of love and laughter as they explore traditio and growing up in Westchester County" in The Dress. The film takes place on the Lyndhurst Estate, where director Jessica Hester worked as a wedding planner for fourteen years.

There will also be a live performance of the film's original song, Hudson River Blues, by Dutchess Di and the Distractions.

A reception and Q&A with the filmakers will follow the screening.
