The Field Library Gallery is excited to present the sculptures, drawings, and talismans of Angela Branco, an artist from Cortlandt Manor. Her work is eclectic and highly symbolic, leading us on journeys which seem unknowing at first, but which ultimately unfold like paper dolls or unwrap like Yuletide presents. Twisting paths lead to houses which invite us in; grasses sway in the breeze; images of antlers and bone bring us back to the earth.
The exhibit runs from April 1st through April 30th with an opening reception on Saturday, April 9th from 1-3 pm in the Gallery.
