Guilty Pleas in Revenge Shooting of Peekskill High School Grad
Two men have pleaded guilty in the ambush shooting.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Two men have pleaded guilty in the revenge shooting of Dominique Hospie, a 2010 graduate of Peekskill High School.
Michael Djukic, 21, of Lake Street in White Plains pleaded guilty April 3 to one count of Attempted Criminal Facilitation in the Second Degree, a class “D” Felony and one count of Hindering Prosecution in the Second Degree, a class “E” Felony.
Aaron George, 22, of Main Street in White Plains, pleaded guilty March 28 with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies.

George had been shot in 2011 by Hospie, who spent almost three years in prison for the crime.
So in April 2016, Djukic and George drove around White Plains searching for Hospie, according to Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino. When they found him on Kensico Avenue, George got out of the car and shot Hospie several times, hitting him in the back. Then the two drove away.

Hospie died in surgery at Westchester Medical Center.
Djukic is out on bail and must surrender himself on April 19. He faces 14 years in prison.
George remains in jail and will be sentenced July 23. He faces a minimum sentence of 15 to 25 years to a maximum sentence of life.
