George got back in the vehicle and, police said, the two drove off.

Hospie was taken to the hospital where he died in surgery.

Police said George was the victim of a 2011 shooting by Hospie, who spent almost three years in prison for the crime.

Djukic pleaded not guilty and bail was set at $200,000 cash or bond.

He is scheduled to appear next in court June 1.

Djukic faces between 3.5 and 15 years in prison if convicted.

George, 21, of White Plains is scheduled to be arraigned Friday, May 20.
