Homes Sold in the Cortlandt-Peekskill Area

My life as a realtor and a blogger is a full-time job.  I am always thinking in the back of my mind what needs to be said and who can I assist? As I sit here collecting the data below on the weekly sold properties in the Peekskill/Cortlandt area, it gives me pause to meditate on why to buy a home, it's all very personal and many variables involved in the decison process. 

It has to be a good fit for the buyer, in so many ways:

Choose your neighborhood!

Sq feet? What exactly do you need? Where do you see yourself 5/10 years down the road?

Downsizing? Upsizing?

Thinking ahead, projecting the future finacially and realistically are great thoughts to ponder in all areas of your life. Do the math...What do you need? Where will you be?

I often say the best buy for a buyer is IF it's the right fit.
