My life as a realtor and a blogger is a full-time job.  I am always thinking in the back of my mind what needs to be said and who can I assist? As I sit here collecting the data below on the weekly sold properties in the Peekskill/Cortlandt area, it gives me pause to meditate on why to buy a home, it's all very personal and many variables involved in the decison process.
