The best way to judge how the local market is doing is by taking a look at what has sold, and what it sold for. 

The homes on this week’s list are varied in size, style, location and price. Condition too will play an important part in determining market value; although it may not be easy to determine here.

You know your home; try to look at it with an unbiast eye, see where you compare with the homes that have sold this week.

Whether you are in the market, or thinking of getting in-keep an eye on what’s selling locally because, real estate really is local, and what the local market is doing is important.
