Another week of area sales has proven our local market is steadily warming.  Some homes are selling, and selling quickly.  While there are still those homes that may have been on the market for some time, you will notice in last week’s sales that not everything lingered.  For those who know what they are looking for, and are prepared to move forward when the right home comes along-the opportunities are there.
