Local Eateries Sign Up for the Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

Here's your chance to try new places: Birdsall House, The Hudson Room and Paradise Restaurant are on the list for March 9-22.

The highly-anticipated list of restaurants participating in the Spring 2015 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, March 9-22, is now live online and several new local restaurants have signed on.

In fact, a record number—205 and growing—have already registered for the two-week culinary event that offers diners the chance to experience restaurants around the region at a fraction of the normal price.

“We are thrilled that the Hudson Valley’s ultimate culinary event continues to expand and that the farm-to-table movement of the region continues to gain support,” Janet Crawshaw, publisher of The Valley Table magazine, said in a press release. “We are excited to welcome 27 new, exquisite restaurants to the growing list of participants, including: the newly opened Hudson Room, showcasing a globally inspired, locally farmed menu located in Peekskill; Daryl’s House in Pawling, mixing famous music and eclectic food and Pangea, The Culinary Institute’s brand-new pop-up restaurant only open until June.”
