Police Say Cortlandt Man Stiffed Driver After Ride from Airport
The trip was to Cortlandt Manor from JFK International, police said.

On March 6, New York State Police arrested a Cortlandt Manor man for Theft of Services, a Class A Misdemeanor.
He was arrested following a complaint received from a New York City cab driver, police said.
The livery operator stated that he provided the 23-year-old a ride from John F. Kennedy International Airport to a Cortlandt address. The passenger avoided paying cab fare by exiting the cab, informing the driver that he was going to get payment and failing to return with it, police said.
He is due in Cortlandt town court on March 20.
