RFP: ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES

The Peekskill Housing Authority is requesting proposals for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for two (2) passenger elevators located at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY. This contract will be for two (2) years with annual options to renew for an additional three (3) years for a total of five (5) years.

Detailed specifications may be obtained from the Management Office located at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, New York on or after March 4, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or e-mail Shaun Lemister; slemister@peekskillha.com.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Management Office at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

Proposals must be submitted to the Management Office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016.

The Peekskill Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
