Successful Week for Several Sellers

Spring is in the air, and our local market continues to warm up. Several homes sold for more than their listed price.  We have heard about a buyer's market for quite some time now, and the market is finally trending in that direction. Asking prices have come down over the last year, but the fact that some sellers are getting their asking price, or more, says the end in sight.  Whether you are in the market to buy, or thinking of selling, this is news you need to hear. It is not enough to know simply what is on the market; you need to know what it is selling for too.
