1,400 Jobs At Catskill Resort Casino: Job Fairs In December

PELHAM, NY — The resort casino opening in the Hudson Valley will hold two job fairs in December. They're looking to fill about 1,400 positions at Resorts World Catskills before opening in March. The employment categories range from housekeeping, food and beverage, hotel operations, cage cashiering operations and finance to security, marketing and slot operations.

The four-season resort is being built about 90 miles from New York City. It will include an 18-story casino, hotel and entertainment complex featuring an event center, an entertainment villa, a golf course, and an indoor waterpark lodge.

Specific jobs will include housekeeping attendants, sous chef, bartenders, IT technicians, EMTs, security officers, cashiers, cooks and servers, among others.
