Angelo Ricanor Graduates from Hudson Valley Community College

Several local students were part of the 59th graduating class at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY. The class of 2013 is the largest in the history of the college at 2,333 students.

Angelo Ricanor graduated from the Dental Hygiene academic program.

The commencement ceremony was held Saturday, May 18, in the Joseph L. Bruno Stadium on the Hudson Valley campus.

Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community Collegeoffers more than 70 degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Science; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and an Educational Opportunity Center for academic and career training. One of 30 community colleges in the State University of New York system, it has an enrollment of more than 13,250 students, and is known as a leader in distance learning initiatives and workforce training.
