Strong swimmers ages 8 and older are welcomed to tryout for the 2013-14 Gotham Synchro Competitive Youth Synchronized Swim Team.
Tryouts will be held by hourly appointment at the YWCA of White Plains on Saturday September 7, 2013, and at John Jay College in Manhattan on Sunday September 8, 2013.

Registration for tryouts cost $125. Swimmers meet on the pool deck 15 minutes prior to their appointment wearing cap, goggles and swimsuit.
There will be a short synchronized swim demonstration at the YWCA pool at 11:30 am.
Recreational classes are also available for youth and adults. Tryouts are not necessary for the recreational classes. Recreational classes are open to swimmers ages 6 and older. Swimmers must be able to swim 15 yards without stopping and be comfortable in deep water and underwater.
