Grace Bodenmann of Pelham Manor was among the 542 graduates awarded diplomas at Denison University's 172nd commencement on May 12th. Bodenmann received a BA with a major in educational studies.

During the ceremonies, Melanie Stolp delivered the senior class address, "What it really means to be a Big Red Buzzard." President Knobel, who is retiring this year, received an honorary doctorate of letters and delivered the commencement address, "Critical Thinking–Critical Doing."

Denison University, founded in 1831, is an independent, residential liberal arts institution located in Granville, Ohio. The school enrolls 2,100 full-time undergraduate students.
