Pelham Manor Police Lt. David Donahue to Retire: Report
Donahue had been chosen as the replacement for retiring Chief Alfred Mosiello, who was embroiled in a racist email scandal.

Pelham Manor Police Lt. David Donahue, temporarily chosen to replace retiring Chief Alfred Mosiello, also is retiring from from the force at the end of the month, due in part to racist email controversy that took down Mosiello.
The Journal News reports that Donahue was among the officers to receive the offensive emails from Mosiello, though Donahue is believed not to have forwarded the emails himself.

Donahue is a 31-year veteran of the department.
Prior to his decision to retire, Mosiello was disciplined by the village Board of Trustees and had his pay cut.
