Al Maldonado posted this message Monday on Pelham Patch's Facebook page: "Pelham's own Teen Fit Club meets every Monday & Wednesday at 7pm at Pelham Bodyware Studio. The teens are having a blast learning to 'workout' , safely, correctly and while having fun. The best part of the night is the obstacle course. What is it? Well, come by and see for yourself. Regardless of level, your teen will flourish in this non-competitive environment. Hurry, last class is on Aug 7th. Call 914-500-8026"
