Want a New Tree for Your Yard?
Bring work gloves to the Marshlands Conservancy this weekend.

Westchester County invites residents to dig up saplings from the meadow at Marshlands Conservancy in Rye on Saturday and Sunday.
Dig-a-Tree will take place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 26 and 27.
Marshlands Conservancy is located at 220 Route 1 (Boston Post Road), Rye.

Bring work gloves and remove saplings from the meadow to take home.
The Conservancy is comprised of five unique habitats, including the expansive salt marshes that lend Marshlands its name, a diversity of forest types, a large meadow, fresh water ponds, and a half-mile of shoreline along Milton Harbor, an inlet of Long Island Sound.
