
Take your workout to the next level with Boxing Boot Camp at the Mid Island Y JCC Fitness & Recreation Center. This high-energy class combines boxing combinations on heavy bags with boot camp-style cardio, core exercises, and TRX training to build strength, improve endurance, and increase speed.
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or try something new, this full-body workout is designed for a variety of fitness levels. Gloves are optional but encouraged. Each session is limited to 12 participants, and drop-in registration is available only if space permits.

Cost:
- Drop-In: $30 ($20 for members)
- 6-Class Multipass: $150 ($100 for members)
