Take time to relax, recharge, and reconnect during a Sacred Sound Bath at the Mid Island Y JCC. Led by Darren Marc Levene, this restorative wellness experience is designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit through movement, meditation, and sound.
The session begins with gentle, yoga-inspired stretches to prepare the body for relaxation, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, ambient guitar, vocals, and other healing instruments. The experience concludes with a loving-kindness meditation, offering participants an opportunity to cultivate inner peace while extending compassion to the world.
