Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Plainview bank at 10:45 a.m. Thursday.
According to police, the man handed a demand note to a teller at TD Bank, 500 Old Country Road, took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. He went south in the parking lot towards Old Country Road and then north on Norma Street.
Police described the suspect as a white male, between the age of 25 and 30 and about 6-feet tall. He was wearing a dark jacket, a dark bandana on his head, a white pullover shirt and jeans.

Four employees and no customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery and no injuries were reported, police said.
