Briarcliff Splits: Daily Sports Digest, June 27, 2012

Briarcliff's 9-year-old baseball squad has split its first two games in the Westchester Putnam Baseball Association.

Briarcliff opened the season by defeating Shrub Oak 11-10 on June 19 before losing to Yorktown 11-4 on June 23.

Boys Lax

The Section 1 Exceptional Senior All-Star Game that was scheduled for Yorktown High School on June 20 involving players from Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties was cancelled because of the heat.
