Hosted by the Briarcliff Manor Chamber of Commerce, the event runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Participating businesses, retailers and restaurants can be spotted by the familiar blue flags hung outside their establishments and everyone is encouraged to stop in and enjoy their special offerings that night.
Last year’s winner of the chili cook off was Wondrous Things for their “Beer Chili”. Can they make it two in a row? They’ll face stiff competition from numerous restaurants and businesses offering their specialties to the public to taste and cast their vote for this year’s winner.
