Hanukkah at Pleasantville Community Synagogue

A very special and fun event to celebrate Rosh Chodesh (The women's holiday) and Hanukkah together!

Everyone’s invited – moms and dads and all the kids – as we get together to light the menorahs for the 2^nd night of Hanukkah, make a tzedakah project, eat dessert (of course!) and play Hanukkah games.

In the spirit of the season, we will be decorating and filling holiday gift bags for our children to donate to children at a local women’s shelter. Each child should bring in a new or gently used stuffed animal for the gift bag – we will supply the rest!

Bring your menorahs and candles, and we’ll light up the night together!
