Pleasantville AYSO Pre-K Soccer Spring Registration

Registration for spring Pre-K soccer.

Children are eligible for the clinic if they are entering Kindergarten in September 2011 AND were born BEFORE December 1,2006.  Pre-K Clinic will meet for one hour on Saturday morning mid-April thru June.

You must register online at www.eayso.com.  Online registration will be opened 3 weeks prior to registration.  Print 2 copies of the registration completed online.  Write your child’s grade on them.  Fee is $90.00 for pre-K (including uniform.)  $65 for spring only registration for other players.  You may pay online only if registering for pre-K.  Make checks out to Pleasantville AYSO.  A birth certificate will need to be shown for pre-K and any other players registering for the 1^st time.  Bring the 2 copies of the registration/birth certificate/payment to registration.
