In 10 Photos: Pleasantville High School Winter Concert

Here's a peek at some photos from the night's performances.

Photos Taken: December 22, 2010 - Pleasantville High School auditorium

's musicians graced the stage and performed a wide range of selections during the school's Winter Concert.

First, the Jazz Band, directed by Thomas Heintzelman, performed Stolen Moments, Front Burner and Honk.

Male A Capella group then sang a harmonious adoption of Hey There, Delilah and The Music Man's Lida Rose, under the direction of Kathleen Donovan-Warren.

Next up, the Concert Band opened with Acclamations, and went on to perform The Beatles Forever, C'est Noel and a compilation of Green Day songs.

After an intermission, the Wind Ensemble took the stage with Solas Ane', First Suite in E-Flat and Sleigh Ride.

The String Orchestra performed Carpe Diem!, Brandenburg's Concerto No. 3, featuring the Select Strings for the Allegro. Under the direction of Mary Ann Meade, they also performed Nina, Wizards in Winter and Danza Final, from Estancia, with the help of some of the band's percussionists.

The high school's Chorus sang A Ceremony of Carols, Hanukkah Madrigal, Ding Dong! Merrily on High and Go Where I send Thee.

For the finale, chorus Director Kathleen Donovan-Warren invited alumni and audience members to stand on the risers and join in with the Chorus, String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble to perform The Hallelujah Chorus fron The Messiah.
