In Ossining Town, Man Charged with Felony Burglary
What originated as a report of a domestic dispute turned into a four-charge arrest.

Lauro Inga, 21, of State Street, Ossining, was charged April 12 with Burglary 3rd Degree, a felony; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, misdemeanors; and Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation, following a domestic dispute at his girlfriend’s home.
According to the victim, Inga entered her apartment at 2:49 p.m. and began yelling and screaming at her. He refused to leave when she told him to and he took her phone from her when she attempted to call the police. He eventually left and she was able to contact Westchester County Police.

County police officers located Inga in a park in the village of Ossining and took him into custody. He was booked at county police headquarters in Hawthorne and arraigned in Ossining Town Court. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla.
