• Offer over 20 high-responsibility internships to high school students from across Westchester
• Provide thousands of dollars annually in direct aid and support for school programs and student scholarships
• Limit vendor/producer participation to inspected family-run operations
• Address hunger locally through the SNAP program and by helping direct excess produce to local food pantries
• Provide visibility to local non-profits to share their good works
• Have weekly nutrition talks, culinary demos, diverse music and kids events
