Mangia, Mangia! Hudson Valley Spring Restaurant Week 2026 Launches From Zwilling Cooking Studio
Participating restaurants span Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia, and Greene counties.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — Spring 2026 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is here and nearly 100 Hudson Valley restaurants are setting the table for the twice-a-year event.
The kickoff celebration was held on Friday at Zwilling Cooking Studio, located in Pleasantville. Attendees had the opportunity to experience live cooking demonstrations by chefs from the Zwilling Cooking Studio and three of this year's participating restaurants with their signature dishes: Freddy's Restaurant in Pleasantville, Red Horse by David Burke in White Plains, and Dubrovnik Restaurant in New Rochelle.

"We were proud to serve as the host venue for the Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week kickoff," Executive Chef & Culinary Program Manager Bernard Janssen said. "The ZWILLING Cooking Studio provided an ideal setting to highlight the skill and creativity of Westchester’s chefs while demonstrating the unique, hands-on culinary experiences we offer in our studio kitchens throughout the year."
For two delicious weeks, from March 2 through March 15, the Hudson Valley will be celebrating restaurant dining with delicious, creative dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. Prix-fixe lunches and dinners will be offered at $24.95, $29.95, $39.95 or $44.95. (Pricing does not include tax, beverages, or gratuity.) Prix-fixe menus may be offered for both dine-in and takeout.

"Hudson Valley Restaurant Week highlights the extraordinary talent of our chefs and the strength of our hospitality community," Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said. "Events like this not only showcase Westchester as a premier culinary destination, they generate real economic activity for our restaurants, small businesses and workforce. I encourage everyone to take advantage of Restaurant Week and experience the remarkable flavors found throughout our County."
According to Westchester County, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is one of Westchester's most important seasonal tourism initiatives, driving visits and supporting the local economy. Visitor spending reached $2.4 billion in 2024, including $876 million in food and beverage sales, which was a 12 percent increase from the previous year.
"Travel and tourism continue to be a powerful economic engine for Westchester," Natasha Caputo, Westchester County Tourism & Film Director, said. "Restaurant Week helps drive that momentum by increasing visitation, supporting local businesses and encouraging discovery. The spring kickoff demonstrated the creativity and energy that make Westchester a premier culinary destination."
Participating restaurants span Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia, and Greene counties. The complete list of restaurants and menus can be found here. Reservations are suggested as space fills quickly.
