Michael Ware - the Father in the Fatal Pennsylvania Crash - Faces Arraignment

The Eastchester resident allegedly gave permission for his 15-year-old daughter to drive the SUV that killed three Pennsylvania teens.

Michael Ware, the Eastchester father accused of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the vehicular death of three Pennsylvania teens, will appear in Wayne County Court this week for his arraignment.

Ware is accused of allowing his 15-year-old daughter to drive his SUV in late August, and she crashed it, killing the three teenage boys who were passengers in the vehicle.

The girl, identified as Julia Ware by the Bucks County Courier Times, lives in Pleasantville with her mother and does not have a driver’s license. Prosecutors claim that besides on the day of the fatal accident, Ware allowed her to drive the vehicle on other occasions, according to The Journal News.

She faces charges in connection with the accident, but because of her age those charges have not been made public.

Shamus Digney, Cullen Keffer and Ryan Lesher were the three teens who were killed. Julia and another passenger escaped without injuries, and another passenger, Ryan Keim, suffered serious injuries, writes The Journal News. She is believed to have been speeding down a hill when she lost control of the vehicle on a turn and flipped it.
