New Commercial and Industrial Lender at Bankwell

Zac Collins has joined Bankwell as Vice President, Commercial and Industrial Lender, it was announced by Bankwell EVP and Chief Lending Officer, Heidi DeWyngaert.

Mr. Collins is based out of Bankwell’s 612 Bedford Street branch in Stamford and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending to middle market companies.

Prior to joining Bankwell, Mr. Collins was a Managing Director at Sterling National Bank where he managed a portfolio of middle market commercial loans. His background includes sourcing, performing financial analysis, structuring and closing commercial loans.

Mr. Collins earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at the University of Vanderbilt.
