Photos: Holiday Spirits High at Pleasantville FD Party

Music, food, crafts and a visit from Santa Claus drew hundreds.

The headquarters was bustling with activity this afternoon as the community was invited to enjoy a holiday party.

Featuring entertainment by the Pleasantville Fire Department Band and a special visit from Santa Claus, the party has been an annual tradition for the village for upwards of 40 years.

"It's a chance to give back to the community and tell them, 'We appreciate your support,'" said First Assistant Chief Manny Colmenares.
