Pleasantville Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, Larceny Arrests

Sunday, Oct. 9
9:48 p.m. — Police received a call from a Pleasantville woman who reported a two car accident in front of the gas station on Marble Avenue. No injuries were reported.

Friday, Oct. 7
11:32 p.m. — Police received a report that a group of youths was congregated on Great Oak Lane. The group was sent on its way and a report was filed.

9:44 a.m. — A Howard Beach man told police his T-Mobile Galaxy S cell phone had been stolen from the counter of Martha's Deli. The deli owner further said he had the suspect on video taking the phone, valued at $500. At 7:20 p.m., the detective reported the arrest of a 28-year-old Sleepy Hollow man who was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree and Petit Larceny.
Thursday, Oct. 6
5:29 p.m. — An officer chair was reported missing from a Memorial Plaza building.
4:10 p.m. — Police reported a resident discovered a credit line had been opened in his name using his personal information after he received a $4,000 bill from U.S. Airways. The man put a hold on his information and police filed a report of the incident.
Wednesday, Oct. 5
12:35 a.m. — Police received a complaint from on Marble Avenue about an unwanted patron. At the scene, a 26-year-old Pleasantville man was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Tuesday, Oct. 4
8:47 a.m. — An Ashland Avenue woman came into headquarters to report she believed there were youths congregating in the wooded area behind her home over the weekend and consuming alcohol. Police confirmed there were several empty Coors Light cans in the area. The incident was noted for the record.
Monday, Oct. 3
9:37 a.m. — A possible gas leak was reported on Bedford Road. Police said the report was unfounded.

Wednesday, Oct. 5 — A student reported her cell phone had been stolen from the school's library.
Wednesday, Oct. 5 — Two 16-year-old Pleasantville youths turned themselves into police. They are each charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree, a Class E Felony. .
Monday, Oct. 3 — Pleasantville residents in the vicinity of Foshay Lane reported five mailboxes had been damaged overnight.
