Pleasantville Police Blotter: Assault, Harassment Arrests

The following information was supplied by the police departments. When arrests are noted, they do not indicate a conviction.

Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the  from December 19 — 25, 2011:

Sunday, Dec. 25

12:14 p.m. — The was dispatched to Dogwood Lane after a carbon monoxide detector had been activated.

Friday, Dec. 23

8:22 p.m. — A party came into police headquarters to report an alleged incident of harassment. The complainant did not wish to press charges and the incident was noted for the record.

2:46 p.m. — Police were notified of a disturbance at a Bedford Road apartment. Responding officers reported there had been an argument over Christmas lights.

1:40 p.m. — Police arrested a 20-year-old Pleasantville man on Bedford Road for allegedly violating a temporary order of protection.

Thursday, Dec. 22

10:11 p.m. — A 45-year-old Pleasantville resident was arrested by police on a warrant for harassment on Sarles Lane. She is also suspected of violating a conditional discharge put in place by the village court. She was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, but .

Tuesday, Dec. 20

6:25 p.m. — Police investigated a report involving a suspect who was reported to have violated a previously-issued temporary order of protection in a Memorial Plaza address. A report was filed.

3:04 p.m. — A Memorial Plaza business reported two UPS letter packages had gone missing from in front of the front door. There are no known witnesses or suspects in the alleged larceny. Police filed a report.

Monday, Dec. 19

5:15 p.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old male in headquarters. The Ossining man, charged with assault, appeared in court .

4:00 p.m. — Police received a report of a suspicious person on Brookfield Place. Police determined the person in question was an employee of Cablevision.

9:25 a.m. — A 37-year-old man and subsequently charged with stalking, harassment and trespassing. He was arraigned and released on $250 bail. He appeared again in court .
