UPDATED: Saw Mill River Parkway Re-Opened
The area is no longer flooded as of Tuesday afternoon.
3:30 p.m. — According to the county, the Saw Mill River Parkway has been reopened in both directions as of Tuesday afternoon at 2:45 p.m.
The parkway was previously closed due to flooding between exits 27 and 29 in the Pleasantville area.

The area of the Saw Mill River Parkway between exits 27 and 29 remains closed as of Tuesday morning.
According to the Westchester County Police, the area is still flooded following Sunday night's heavy rainfall.

Both the northbound and southbound lanes are closed between Manville Road and the Taconic State Parkway exit.
The rest of the parkway is open, as are all other county roads in the area.
