Police: Man Exposed Himself to Club Fit Staffer
The Valhalla resident is due in Ossining court in April.
A Valhalla man was arrested on a misdemeanor public lewdness charge last Sunday after a Club Fit staff member alleged that he exposed himself to her at the Briarcliff Manor business.
The 58-year-old man told police he was not feeling well during his March 24 interview and he was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
While at the hospital, he was issued an appearance ticket for Ossining Town Court next month.
