Briarcliff Manor Schools Post Schedule Change Wednesday

UPDATE: Briarcliff Manor district officials have announced that district schools are closed.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — With snow expected to begin early Wednesday morning and mixing with or changing over to sleet, freezing rain during the morning and afternoon, many school districts across northern Westchester and Putnam counties announced schedule changes.

Pleasantville schools remain open.

Here is the list of school closings as of 6 a.m.:

Bedford - closed

Brewster - closed

Carmel - closed

Chappaqua - closed

Croton-Harmon - closed

Garrison - closed

Haldane - closed

Hendrick Hudson - closed

Katonah-Lewisboro - closed

Lakeland - closed

Mahopac - closed

North Salem - closed

Ossining - closed

Peekskill - closed

Putnam-Northern Westchester BOCES - closed

Putnam V alley - closed

Somers - closed

Yorktown - closed
