Suspect Arrested in Pleasantville Jewelry Store Larceny

have arrested the man they believe from the last week.
Pleasantville detectives, along with detectives from Eastchester, Tarrytown, Scarsdale and Bronxville, worked together to investigate a series of similar crimes in those municipalities.
"After a comprehensive investigation, a suspect was developed and with the assistance of the Yonkers Police Department, Donald A. Jones of Yonkers, NY was arrested," Pleasantville Chief of Police Richard Love said today. "The defendant is currently being held at Westchester County Jail. This investigation is continuing to determine if Mr. Jones can be linked with other crimes."

Jones, 52, alleged to have entered the jewelry story last Tuesday and asked to see a few items. Police said surveillance video shows Jones fleeing the scene with the jewelry.
