Traffic Alert: Congestion in Briarcliff Manor, Pleasantville

There is traffic congestion in parts of Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor this afternoon.

Hudson Valley Traveler reports an accident with property damage in the Taconic State Parkway northbound lanes near the Saw Mill River Parkway exit.

The right shoulder is blocked.

According to , a portion of the Saw Mill River Parkway is currently closed in Pleasantville.

There is currently traffic backed up on the lower parts of Manville and Bedford Roads, as well as some delays on Route 117 near the Route 9A southbound ramp.

In Briarcliff Manor, a resident reported the intersections of North State and Chappaqua Roads has been closed while emergency vehicles are at the scene.

said they are looking into the incident.
