Criminal drug possession and assault were among the cases at Port Chester Courthouse's July 19 session.
Can a person be too old for drugs? A criminal court judge thinks so.
David Williams, 57, of West Harrison, was charged with criminal possession control of a substance in the seventh degree.
"Mr. Williams, you're too old for this," Judge Joseph A. Vita said, shaking his head as he looked at the charges against the West Harrison man. The judge noted Williams had a wife and children, and said he expected such charges from a teenager -- not a grown man.
