Hit-And-Run: Port Chester Man Struck By Car
36-year-old in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center.

are hoping that by reviewing security video from nearby businesses they'll find clues to a hit-and-run accident Sunday on King Street, where a 36-year-old man was struck by a car while crossing the street.
The victim, a Port Chester resident, was reported to be in stable condition today at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
The man was reported struck by a red sedan at about 4:11 a.m. on King Street by Summerfield Park. Police said the victim's brother was nearby and assisted him immediately after being struck, but the brother did not see the car that struck his brother.

Village police are checking tapes from security systems at nearby gas stations to see if the accident was recorded.
When police arrived at the accident scene, the victim was on the street, with blood coming from a leg, a hand and his mouth. He was taken to Westchester Medical Center by Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS.
